Freelance Article/Content Writer Needed

We are a firm in need of about 5-25 writers to write on a variety of topics,suitable for directory submission written by a professional who understands the basics of SEO.We need at least about 90 articles weekly Articles must be between 500 and 600 words in length and be targeted towards keywords which I shall provide. I will expect one article per keyword phrase.
Articles must adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Be written in a grammatically correct and free-flowing style
according to US English.
2. Contain between 3.5 and 4.5% keyword density
3. Contain a title, 250 character abstract, and complete article
body
4. Article body must be at least 500 words in length and no more
than 650 words in length
5. Be submitted in .txt format
6. Be completely original, no plagiarism (I will check each
article)
In accepting this contract, you are providing “work made for hire”.
In other words, the buyer (me) and only the buyer will own the
copyright and all rights to the work. You may not publish the
work in any way. Please do not apply unless you agree to this
stipulation.

TMD Systems is accepting proposals to develop an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) application for use by TMD Technicians/Staff. The IDE will be used to create customized GUI’s with integrated recordkeeping and videoconferencing capabilities for TMD’s client base.

Our requirements as far as the links:
PR of the page with the link should be not less than 1
“nofollow” is accepted, but the price is considerably lower, than for “dofollow”
bought links are not accepted
links from personal resources are not accepted
links from the pages with more than 50 external links are not accepted
links from the pages with obvious spam are not accepted
your comments and answers on forums and blogs should be relevant to the topic of the post/discussion; our link should look naturally, not like an obvious ad
no more than 100 links per day (in future this limit may be changed)

RiotDesign is looking for freelance sales people to source new clients to add to our expanding design business. The role may involve lead generation and possibly initial meeting with clients, but it will mostly depend on your own methods.
Having already contacts of your own or a client portfolio is not a must, but will greatly speed up your work and increase possibilities. The role is initially commission based (from 20% to 25%) on a project basis, but if it works out well, we would love to make it a more permanent role.
