Hi there, We are looking for a developer that will charge us around $10 per hour for an ongoing job. The job is on a Drupal 5.14 site and it involves working on css and some minor tweaks with the modules, but not too many. This job requires someone with a good eye to see beyond the code, it's a developer and a designer in the same package. Do you think you can do that?
